Michael Epstein is a partner in the litigation section of the firm.  Michael graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and the Loyola of New Orleans School of Law.  During his law school years, Michael worked for the Public Defender's Office in New Orleans, Louisiana and the Prosecutors' offices in Dade County, Florida and Prince George's County, Maryland.  Mr. Epstein served as a law clerk for the honorable Robert J. Woods of the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court of Maryland.  Prior to joining Ingerman & Horwitz, in 2000, Mr. Epstein practiced law with a private firm for five years in Prince George's County, Maryland concentrating in civil litigation.  Mr. Epstein is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia.  He has extensive civil and criminal litigation experience.  Mr. Epstein has represented thousands of clients in bench and jury trials, arbitrations and mediations.
