Brendan H. Fitzpatrick practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and personal injury. Mr. Fitzpatrick graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law with a certificate of concentration in Environmental Law. During law school he was selected as a member of the Moot Court Board and was an Articles Editor for the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy. Prior to joining Ingerman & Horwitz LLP Mr. Fitzpatrick clerked for both the United States Department of Justice and for the United States Environmental Protection Agency prosecuting complex civil litigation cases. Mr. Fitzpatrick is admitted to the Maryland Bar and he is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice.
