Mr. Dregier has been a member of the Maryland Bar for 35 years practicing primarily as a litigation attorney with a background as defense counsel and presently on behalf of injured/plaintiff litigants, in all of the Trial and Appellate courts in the State of Maryland. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Additionally, he is an approved Court Mediator in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Harford and Howard Counties and Baltimore City.
 
Mr. Dregier’s education further included attending Loyola University in Baltimore earning a BA degree in Political Science and the University Of Baltimore School Of Law attaining a Juris Doctor degree in 1975. Presently, he serves by appointment on the Attorney Grievance Commission Peer Review Committee and is an adjunct faculty member at Stevenson University, in Baltimore County, Maryland. His memberships include the Maryland State Bar Association and Baltimore County Bar Association.
 
Mr. Dregier currently has established an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating reflecting a very high general ethical and legal ability standards for attorneys.

Additionally, he has been recognized and honored in 2007 by The Association of Trial Lawyers of America for service and representation of victims and families who sought compensation under the September 11th Compensation Fund and recognized by the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers for the presentation of continuing education programs.
