Bruce Ingerman concentrates solely on Workers’ Compensation law and heads a staff of 15 dedicated professionals whose only job is to advocate for clients to obtain Workers’ Compensation benefits. Mr. Ingerman is a co-founder and past president of the Maryland State Workers’ Compensation Educational Association, and co-founder of the Fair Workers’ Compensation Committee. He has successfully represented thousands of injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Commission since 1972.

Bruce Ingerman has broken new ground in the fight for Workers’ Compensation benefits in Maryland. He has successfully fought to obtain new rights for thousands of injured workers in the state of Maryland. This has resulted in staggering increases in settlement amounts for his clients.

DAVID B. JACKSON
David Jackson primarily practices in the area of personal injury litigation. Mr. Jackson has represented hundreds of clients in the District Court and Circuit Court of Maryland and has argued cases before Maryland appellate courts. Mr. Jackson also represents individuals in Social Security Disability matters before the Office of Hearings and Appeals and has obtained Social Security Disability for many individuals who had previously been denied benefits.

Mr. Jackson graduated cum laude from Salisbury State University and with Honors from the University of Maryland School of Law where he was selected as a member of the Moot Court Board and was the Articles Editor for the Maryland Journal of International Law and Trade. After graduating law school, Mr. Jackson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sally D. Adkins of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Mr. Jackson is admitted in West Virginia and the Federal Eastern District of Maryland. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Maryland Bar Association.
